Our recess equipment grant is live!  For the next 96 hours, the BEF New Project Match will match your contribution to this project dollar-for-dollar, up to $500 towards the campaign goal. Share the challenge with your friends and family!  This is a great chance to get our project funded!  Every little bit helps!

Our school is lucky to have a phenomenal P.E. teacher who puts intentional thought into her lessons and how that can apply to the playground and beyond. Next year we plan to incorporate some activities at recess that include social emotional learning topics (like including others, how to lose appropriately, how to handle conflict, etc.) with different games and play activities that they can then do independently. We know that it will only take a small amount of guidance and support for our students to flourish.

We need your help!

As a Title I school our funds are already limited and to do this effectively we need equipment.

Your donations will fund a variety of playground/sports balls and equipment , developmentally appropriate creative play equipment that foster cooperative play and teamwork, permanent signage to help communicate expectations, and sustainable and exciting recess options.

-Gaga ball pit (approx. $1,000)

-Playground/sports balls ($850)

-Misc. play equipment and activities ($500)

-Permanent signage ($150)
